Commission Deposit

The non-refundable deposit is to reserve your commission spot. Deposits will go towards the final balance of your commission. Discount codes are not eligible on custom orders.

Please do not purchase this item until we have already discussed your commission.

By purchasing this deposit, you acknowledge that this deposit is not refundable and will go towards the cost of your commission. You acknowledge there will be a additional cost for your order and agree the balance will be paid before finally delivery of any files. If we have not already discussed your deadline, please do not proceed.

Revisions: Minor revisions (Including but not limited to, new or redrawn artwork) are allowed within reason during the initial sketching stages. If multiple revisions, redraws or new artwork is requested, additional charges for time spent will be applied. Once the initial sketch or proof is approved, revisions will be an additional charge. IJPP reserves the right to reuse or list any and all versions that are not exclusive or delivered as part of the final commission.

Please make sure your email used for purchase is an email that can be used to contact you or that you have already provided a means of contact.

You have 3 days to respond at any step before your order may be closed, canceled, or spot pushed back, changing your deadline.

Balance is due prior to delivery of files. Once a proof is given to you for approval, proof must be approved within three (3) business days before order is considered approved and order is closed. Once this window for approval closes, further edits cannot be made. 

if final balance is not paid, and/or response is not given at any time, It’s Just Peachy Designs And Pages reserves the right to cancel your order or the remainder of your invoice and  list your order for sale. We have the right to pursue legal proceedings in this matter.
